Why should I choose Medallion Limousine?
A: When you reserve a car with us, you will get a driver that works for Medallion Limousine, and a vehicle with personalized license plates. All of our drivers are well trained & professional, and have been with the company for a long time. So please give us a chance to prove our service to you.
How do I reserve a car with Medallion Limousine?
A:Simply call our office at 972.423.2111. We will need a credit card when making a reservation, and also we will send you a confirmation back by email.
What are acceptable methods of payment?
A:We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover as well as checks, cash is accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.
What are your hours of operation?
A:We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a live representative, not an answering machine or answering service.
Do I pay for the service if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
A:We do not charge for delays due to weather or airline issues, however it is your responsibility to inform us of any status changes. Our agents will monitor your flight, and if airline has cancelled your flight, a vehicle will NOT be sent unless we hear from you with new updates.
What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation Fees for Sedans.
4 hours or more prior to pick up time = no charge.Less than 4 hours to pick up time = 100% charge of fare. No exceptions. All deposits are non refundable.
B: Cancellation Fees for Limos & Buses.
72 hours or more prior to pick up time = No charge. Less than 72 hours to pick up time= 50% charge.Same day cancellation = 100% charge of fare. For limos 72 hrs or more = no charge, less than 72hrs, 100%. No exceptions. All deposits are non refundable. 
C: Cancellation For Special Events.
For special events 7 days or more = no charge, less than 7 days 100%. No exceptions. All deposits are non refundable.
Is a wet bar included with a limousine rental?
A:We will provide soft drinks, water & ice at no charge, you CAN bring alcohol on board as long as every one in limousine is over 21.
Is the 20% service fee the drivers tip?
A:NO, 20% service fee is transportation, administrative fees & fuel surcharge.

We have 11 people in our party, can we squeeze into a 10 passenger limousine?
A:Insurance covers up to the amount of people the vehicle holds, and we will not allow more than that, it is for your own safety.

Do i pay charges if flight delayed.
A: Once a flight first arrival time is posted, we allow 30 minutes waiting time on domestic flights and 1 hour on international flight for passengers to come out, thereforeafter , we will charge a flat rate of $25.00 per hour for delays.
